What Our Customers Are Saying

We are very thankful for Cardinale Moving and Storage. When we bought our home in 1999 who would have thought that we would store all our new furniture and French antiques in your warehouse for 11 years. It was amazing how well you catalog all our new furniture, numerous containers from France, all our limestone and building stone materials from France along with the 3 trailers filled with numerous outdoor items. I was always so impressed when we needed one or two items how you were able to find them amongst 52 vaults in your warehouse. The true test of time came on our move-in WEEK in May, 2010 when everything started to enter the house. It was a flawless move and NOTHING was missing or damaged. You also handled our Atherton move-in the exact same manner but luckily for us that furniture was only stored with you for 1 - 2 years. We encountered many contractors, subs and vendors over our 11 years of construction but Cardinale was our one saving grace that stood by us through thick and thin!!! We will be forever grateful. Thank you to everyone at Cardinale Moving and Storage. It was a definitely a team effort in every way.....

The key to a smooth move is organization. Based on our years of experience, we have compiled a series of helpful moving tips to assist you in organizing and planning your next move.

  • Instant Aid Box

Pack a Movers Instant Aid Box containing things that might be needed immediately upon arrival at your new home. Package each group of items in a large paper bag or box and clearly label and carry your Instant Aid Box with you instead of loading it in the moving truck.

  • Non-Allowables List

United Van Lines provides a list of some common non-allowable items that cannot be shipped because they represent a hazard or are perishable. Make sure you know what you can and can't load on the truck before moving day.

  • Packing Tips

Good packing is essential for a stress-free move. If you choose to do some or all of your own packing, it is especially important that you're familiar with the packing techniques and moving boxes that will best protect your possessions.

View the information on United Van Lines Web site for best packing practices.

Or, if you would rather leave the packing to someone else, contact us for a packing services estimate.

  • Weekly Moving Reminders

Use our printable moving reminder to help make your move. You can also sign up for weekly e-mail reminders and United will e-mail you each week during the eight weeks leading up to your move.
